Special Purpose Broaching Oil for Ferrous Materials.

DPL Supra® CUT - B is a specially formulated Neat Cutting Oil designed for Broaching applications on Ferrous metals.

It has a low viscosity, due to which it offers excellent cooling to the job and cutting tool. It also helps in the flushing of chips from the component and thereby it exibits lower drag-out losses with the metal chips.

DPL Supra® CUT - B offers higher EP performance properties which results in an improved tool life and surface finish.

Applications:

DPL Supra® CUT - B is recommended for Broaching applications like Vertical, Horizontal and Serration Broaching operations on MS Steel and Alloy Steel.

It can also be used for Gear-Shaving and Gear-Shaping applications.
