DPL Supra® COOL - B

Water Soluble Cutting Fluid for General Cutting and Grinding Applications with Improved Performance.

DPL Supra® COOL - B is a stable milky emulsion type water-soluble oil, specially developed for cost- effectiveness and for optimum cutting and grinding performance.

It can also be used for light pressing and rolling applications for Ferrous and Non-ferrous Materials.

The product has been improved to exibit better emulsion life due to its resistance to water hardness and biostablity.

Applications:

It can be used on CNC Cutting applications having light to medium machining applications.

Features:

• Good Corrosion Inhibition - Good Corrosion Inhibition on Components.

Recomended Concentrations:

• Grinding: 4% - 5%
• General Machining for Non-ferrous Materials: 3% - 5%
• General Machining for Ferrous Materials: 5% - 7%

Note: Concentrations may need to be increased when grinding difficult materials and where the water hardness of the diluent has an effect on corrosion inhibition.
