Special Purpose EP Type, Mineral Oil Free, Synthetic Water Soluble Cutting Fluid.

DPL Supra® COOL - BIO is an extreme pressure (EP), high synthetic lubricity type, synthetic cutting fluid, designed to all types of Machining Applications on high-performance CNC machines.

Applications:

DPL Supra® COOL - BIO is recommended for Ferrous and Non-ferrous material machining including All Alloy Steels.

Recommended Concentrations:

For Cutting Operations:

Harder Material - Severe Machining: 8% -10%.

General Machining - Non-ferrous Materials: 6% - 8%.

General Machining - Ferrous Materials: 5% - 6%.

Note: Concentrations may need to be increased when grinding difficult materials and where the water hardness of the diluent has an effect on corrosion inhibition.
