DPL Supra® CUT - G

Special Purpose Neat Oil for Gear Grinding and Deep Hole Drilling Applications.

DPL Supra® CUT - G is a specially formulated Neat Cutting Oil designed for high-speed gear grinding operations using hardened materials.

It has a low viscosity, due to which it offers excellent cooling to the job and cutting tool. It also helps in the flushing of chips and metal dust from the component and thereby has lower drag-out losses with the metal chips.

DPL Supra® CUT - G offers higher EP performance properties which results in an improved tool life and surface finish.

It is a Chlorine-Free formulation, using Speciality additives and base oils for optimum performance.

Applications:

DPL Supra® CUT - G is recommended for high-speed Gear Grinding operations using hardened materials.

It can also be used for Deep-Hole Drilling, Drilling/Gear Shaping, Gear Shaving and General Machining applications.
