Special Purpose Heavy Duty Broaching Oil for Ferrous Metals.

DPL Supra® CUT - BHD  is a specially formulated Heavy Duty Neat Cutting Oil designed for Vertical and Horizontal Broaching on MS Steel and SS Steel and Harder Alloy Steel, Etc.

It has an optimum viscosity, due to which it offers excellent cooling to the job and cutting tool. It also helps in the flushing of chips from the component and thereby it exibits lower drag-out losses with the metal chips.

DPL Supra® CUT - BHD offers higher EP performance properties which results in an improved tool life and surface finish.

Applications:

DPL Supra® CUT - B is recommended for Broaching applications like Vertical, Horizontal and Serration Broaching operations on MS Steel, SS Steel and Harder Alloy Steel.

It can also be used for Deep Hole Drilling, Gun-Drilling  Applications based on the diameter of the Tool.
