DPL Supra® PROTECT DF - 4

High Performance Dry Film Type Temporary Corrosion Preventive Oil.

DPL Supra® PROTECT DF - 4 is a brown colour, dry type, quick drying film type temporary corrosion preventive for ferrous surfaces likely to corrode in storage conditions.

It is an evaporative type of rust preventive oil, which needs 45 minutes to 1 hour to dry, depending upon climatic conditions and ambient temperatures.

Applications:

DPL Supra® PROTECT DF - 4 is suggested for heavy components like gear blanks, axle shafts, forged components, which are handled multiple times in storage.   

Features and Benefits:

• Fast Drying Type:  Provides glossy, stable film post -drying, which gives good adhesion to the metal surface during its handling.
• Ease of Application: Can be dipped, brushed or sprayed, depending on the component size.
• Ease of Removal: Can be removed by conventional solvents.
