DPL Supra® RELEASE OIL - A

Special Purpose Release Oil for Steel Ingot Applications.

DPL Supra® RELEASE OIL - A has been designed to meet high temperature requirements in the purpose of mold lubrication in the non-continuous casting of ingots and billets, etc, in steel plants.

It is manufactured for natural esters having adequate viscosity, a higher flash point for optimum lubrication at higher temperatures, without reacting with the mold material.

Applications:

DPL Supra® RELEASE OIL - A is to be used as a mold release agent for non-continuous casting of steel ingots and billets.

• High Temperature Lubrication: Smooth molten material flow and good surface finish.

• Low Smoke Levels: Virtually no smoke, thereby better factory ambience.
