DPL Supra® COOL - SPECIAL

Water Soluble Cutting Fluid for General Cutting and Grinding Applications.

DPL Supra® COOL - SPECIAL is a stable milky emulsion type water-soluble oil, specially developed as a cost-effective product for optimum cutting and grinding applications.

It can also be used for light pressing as well as narrow mill rolling applications for ferrous and non-ferrous materials.

The emulsion is stable upto 300 PPM of Water Hardness - Calcium Carbonate (CaCo3) along with good biostablity.

Applications:

DPL Supra® COOL - SPECIAL can be used for light to medium machining applications like Milling, Turning, Indexing, Grinding, Etc.

Recomended Concentrations:

• Grinding: 4% - 5%
• General Machining for Non-ferrous Materials: 3% - 5%
• General Machining for Ferrous Materials: 5% - 7%

Note: Concentrations may need to be increased when grinding difficult materials and where the water hardness of the diluent has an effect on corrosion inhibition.
