Special Purpose Neat Oil for Deep Hole Drilling Application.

DPL Supra® CUT - D is a low-viscosity neat oil specially formulated for Deep Hole Drilling and allied machining applications.

Due to it's low viscosity it offers excellent cooling, breaking/flushing of chips from the component and also has lower drag-out losses with the carry-over metal chips.

It has higher EP properties which offers an improved tool life and a good surface finish.

Applications:

DPL Supra® CUT - D is recommended for Deep Hole Drilling, Drilling, Shaping, Shaving and General Machining applications.
