High Performance Water Soluble Cutting Fluid for Medium to Severe Cutting Operations.

DPL Supra® COOL – ULTRA is a stable milky emulsion type water soluble oil, especially developed for medium to severe cutting applications on new generation machining centers. It can also be used for light forming and pressing applications.

Applications:

DPL Supra® COOL –ULTRA is specially designed for Aluminum & Aluminium Alloy machining applications using special purpose tools.

• Excellent Lubricity: High Oil content provides excellent tool lubrication.
• Emulsion Stability: Tolerant to wide-range of water hardness qualities.
• Good Corrosion Inhibition: Good corrosion inhibition on components.
• Multi Metal Compatiblity: Good for Ferrous and Non-Ferrous metals. Ideal for Aluminium Machining.

Recomended Concentrations:

• General Machining for Ferrous and Non-ferrous Materials: 5% - 7%
• Severe Machining for Ferrous and Non-ferrous Materials: 7% - 10%
• Steel Light Pressing, Punching and Steel Tube Forming: 5% - 10%

Note: Concentrations may need to be increased when grinding difficult materials and where the water hardness of the diluent has an effect on corrosion inhibition.
