Special Purpose Extreme Pressure Semi-synthetic Cutting Fluid for Stainless Steel (SS) Machining.

DPL Supra® COOL - EP is a premium EP Semi-synthetic water-soluble cutting fluid designed for SS Machining.

Applications:

It can be used on SS cutting applications.

Recommended Concentrations:

For Cutting Operations:

SS Machining: 5% -8%.

General Machining - Non-ferrous Materials: 6% - 8%.

General Machining - Ferrous Materials: 5% - 6%.

Note: Concentrations may need to be increased when grinding difficult materials and where the water hardness of the diluent has an effect on corrosion inhibition.
