Special Purpose Extreme Pressure, Semi Synthetic Cutting Fluid for Machining.

DPL Supra® COOL - PREMIUM is an extreme pressure, high lubricity type semi synthetic cutting fluid, designed to cover all types of machining applications on various high performance CNC machines.

Applications:

DPL Supra® COOL - PREMIUM is recomended for Ferrous and Non-ferrous material machining, including Stainless Steel and Alloy Steels.

Recommended Concentrations:

For Cutting Operations:

Harder Material - Severe Machining: 5% -8%.

General Machining - Non-ferrous Materials: 6% - 8%.

General Machining - Ferrous Materials: 5% - 6%.

Note: Concentrations may need to be increased when grinding difficult materials and where the water hardness of the diluent has an effect on corrosion inhibition.
